TM-12Z型万能齿轮检测仪

测量用途(Measuring applications):

是一种新型的智能化齿轮测量仪，可以检测渐开线圆柱齿轮，内齿轮等，并可在一次装夹的条件下，完成渐开线齿轮的齿廓偏差、螺旋线偏差及齿距偏差的测量。适合于汽车、摩托车、微电机及电动工具等行业的小齿轮精度的检测。

CS-12Z universal gear tester is a new style of intelligent gear measuring instrument, it can detect involutes cylindrical gear, internal gear etc. The tester can complete the measurement of tooth profile deviation, helix deviation, pitch deviation of involute gear in just one setup. It can be applied to detect little gears of automobile, motorcycle, micro-motor, electric tool etc.

齿廓偏差，包括：齿廓总偏差：Fa，齿廓形状偏差：ffa ，齿廓倾斜率偏差：fHa

螺旋线偏差，包括：螺旋线总偏差：Fβ，螺旋线形状偏差：ffβ，螺旋线倾斜偏差：fHβ

Helix deviations includes: total helix deviation ：Fβ，helix shape deviation：ffβ，helix tilt rate deviation: fHβ

齿距偏差，包括：齿距累积总偏差：Fp，K个齿距累积总偏差：Fpk，单个齿距偏差：fpt

Pitch deviations includes: pitch accumulation deviation：Fp，K pitches accumulation deviation：Fpk，single pitch deviation ：fpt 

径向跳动，Fr       Runout deviation: Fｒ

仪器采用了光栅数字测头，测力小，灵敏度高，解决了小模数齿轮的检测；
